HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?
Our goal is to ensure that you receive your products in the shortest time possible, wherever you may live. All packages are shipped from Singapore, and we provide free shipping for all local orders.
Processing time: Please allow 1-7 business days for your order(s) to be processed due to the high volume of orders we are receiving. Do note that on sales/peak period, processing speed may be impacted.
Shipping time: The time period displayed by your selected courier at checkout, which refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
We have recently upgraded to DHL Express shipping for the following countries, and shipping times are expected to be within 5 business days:
USA, UK, Australia, Austria, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Spain & Sweden.
We also provide shipping to the rest of the world, please refer to the checkout page for shipping times and prices.

TAXES, CUSTOM & HANDLING CHARGES
All international orders from our website are DDP (delivered duty paid), which means that taxes and duties have already been pre-paid for the shipment. This means that we have INCLUDED these taxes and duties at checkout and have already collected the full payment from you. We chose this shipping method as it is most transparent with the customs costs and the prepaid services will be settled by the respective couriers you see at the checkout page.
In the event that there are any additional charges incurred through customs, taxes or any fees charged by your local Post Office, please DO NOT pay any extra charges, and drop us an email immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org
DRMCHSR will not be liable for any additional costs incurred, but rest assured we will be at your service to solve the situation on a case-by-case basis.
Once we have processed your order(s), you will receive an email with the tracking information.
You will receive a tracking number for your order once it has been processed, as a proof that we have shipped your order. We will not be liable for any lost or missing mail.
Returns must be sent back within 30 days of the package delivery date and return costs shall be at the expense of the customer. Therefore, we highly recommend customers to refer to the measurements on our size charts to ensure a comfortable fit.
All sales are final. We currently do not accept returns/cancellations.
All items are QC’d before shipping out. However, if you have received a defective item or a wrong order, kindly drop us an email at email@example.com with your order ID, and attach pictures clearly showing the defective item/wrong order(s) received. Further instructions will be given within 24-48 hours.
You may return the item(s) in its original condition, unused and unworn, within 30 days upon receiving it. Postage will be fully reimbursed. However, if the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be made.
